Technical & CRO Audit

Technical & CRO Website Audit

We find what stops your website from turning ad traffic into leads, from slow loading and broken forms to faulty tracking and an unclear offer.

Technical & CRO website audit: from ₴12,000

A PageSpeed Insights report for the mobile version of a furniture company’s site: Core Web Vitals failed, the main content takes 4.1 seconds to appear, the performance score is 62 out of 100, and a list of what slows the page down.

A click heatmap of the mobile site: the “Get a price” button gets the most taps, people tap a project photo again and again because it does not open, and only 23% of visitors scroll down to the lead form.

A funnel in Google Analytics 4: of 4,820 landing-page visitors, 96 send a lead; the biggest loss is the form: 85% of the people who start filling it in never send it.

A technical and CRO audit report on a phone: 20 checks, three critical issues, five important ones and twelve that are fine, plus a plan of what to fix first.

Why it matters

Why your website makes or breaks your ads

Google Ads brings a person to your website, and from there everything depends on the page: whether it loaded quickly, whether it's clear what you offer, whether the form works. If the site loses visitors, you're paying for clicks that never had a chance to become leads. On top of that, a slow page and a mismatch with the ad lower your Quality Score, which makes every click more expensive.

01

Every second of load time has a price

On a mobile connection, people close a slow site before the first screen even appears. The ad click has already been paid for.

02

Broken tracking means blind advertising

If conversions are duplicated or not recorded, Smart Bidding optimizes on false data, and you make decisions blindly.

03

Silent lead loss

A form that doesn't send emails, leads that land in spam, a call button that doesn't work on iPhone: problems like these can go unnoticed for months.

04

Quality Score depends on the page

Landing page experience is one of the components of Quality Score. A relevant, fast and easy-to-use page helps you pay less for the same click.

Sound familiar?

You need this if…

  • We get plenty of clicks but almost no leads.

  • Customers tell us they couldn't submit the form or get through by phone.

  • The site takes forever to load on a phone.

  • Google Ads and GA4 show different conversion numbers, and I don't know which one to trust.

  • People land on the site and leave almost immediately.

  • The site was built years ago, and no one has checked whether it actually sells.

What the process looks like

Transparent stages with estimated timelines. At every stage, you know what’s happening and what you’ll get.

    Access and goals

We get guest access to GA4, GTM, Search Console, Google Ads and Clarity, and confirm the key pages and target actions.

  2. 02

In parallel, we test speed, the mobile version, forms, indexing and tracking, and send test submissions.

  4. 04
    2–3 days

We analyze the offer, page structure, trust signals, the GA4 funnel and visitor behavior in session recordings.

Ask a question
How is a CRO audit different from a technical audit?

A technical audit answers whether the site works correctly: speed, forms, indexing, tracking. A CRO audit answers whether it persuades: a clear offer, trust, an easy path to an inquiry. We do both, because a site can be technically flawless and still not sell.

Do you run the audit with automated tools?

PageSpeed Insights, Search Console, Clarity and GA4 give us data, but a specialist draws the conclusions. We walk through the customer journey manually, send test submissions and check tags in debug mode. You won't get an automated report with dozens of unprioritized items from us.

Why install Microsoft Clarity?

Clarity is a free Microsoft tool for heatmaps and session recordings. It shows where visitors click, how far down the page they scroll and where they click on elements that aren't clickable. It answers the question of why, which GA4 numbers can't. We set it up with user consent in mind and mask the data people enter into forms.

Do you need access to the site's admin panel?

For the audit, guest access to GA4, GTM, Search Console and Google Ads is usually enough. Admin access is only needed to check specific settings, such as how forms are sent. We don't change anything on the site without your approval.

Who will fix the problems you find?

Anyone you choose: the report is written so that your developer can work with it. Or we can take on the fixes ourselves as part of our Website Fixes service.

How long does the audit take?

The technical review alone takes a few business days. For the CRO part, it's best to collect behavioral data on real traffic, so a full audit usually takes up to two or three weeks. If Clarity is already installed and data has accumulated, the report will be ready sooner.
