Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile Setup: Your Company on Maps and Search

We register your business on Google Maps and Search, get it verified, complete the profile in full and set up review management, so nearby customers find you instead of your competitors.

Business profile creation and verification, fully completed: from ₴3,000

Google Maps on a phone: someone searches for “dentist near me”, picks the Molara Dental clinic and sees its Business Profile with the rating, opening hours, photos and the Directions, Call and Website buttons, then taps Call.

The Molara Dental profile on Google Maps as its owner sees it: the Reviews tab with a 4.8 rating and new reviews; the owner taps Reply under a patient’s review, types a thank-you, and the reply is published.

Managing the Business Profile right in Google Search on a computer: the owner of Molara Dental opens Add update, adds a photo, writes the text, picks the Book button and publishes, and the update appears on the profile.

The Performance page of the Molara Dental Business Profile on a computer: how many people called, asked for directions, visited the website and booked, a weekly chart of interactions and the searches that found the clinic.

Why it matters

Your Google profile is your storefront on Maps

For searches like “near me” or ones with a city name, Google shows a map with business profiles before the regular search results. That’s where people see your rating, photos and opening hours, and call you or get directions right away. The profile itself is free, but how it’s registered and filled in decides whether it passes verification, which searches it shows up for and whether Google suspends it.

01

The first thing customers see

For many people, your Maps profile is their first encounter with your business. Reviews, photos and owner replies build trust before anyone visits your website.

02

Verification without suspensions

Google checks new profiles strictly. A name stuffed with keywords, a virtual address or a weak verification video lead to rejection or suspension, so we prepare everything in advance.

03

Completeness affects visibility

Google ranks local results by relevance, distance and prominence. Categories, services, the description and fresh reviews are exactly what you can influence.

04

A foundation for Maps ads

A profile linked to Google Ads lets you show your address in ads and run Google Maps ads with promoted pins and directions.

Sound familiar?

You need this if…

  • We’re not on Google Maps, but our competitors nearby are.

  • A former employee created our profile, and we can’t access it.

  • Google won’t verify us or asks for a video, and we don’t know what to film.

  • Our profile was suspended and disappeared from Maps.

  • Maps shows an old phone number, the wrong address or wrong hours.

  • Reviews sit unanswered, and we hardly get new ones.

Frequently asked questions

Ask a question
How much does the Google profile itself cost?

Google Business Profile is free: Google doesn’t charge for registration or for appearing on Maps. You only pay for our work on registration, verification and completing the profile. The only paid part is Google Ads, if you decide to run ads.

How long does verification take?

It depends on the method Google offers. Phone or email verification can be instant, a video review usually takes a few days, and sometimes Google asks for additional proof. We prepare what’s usually needed in advance so the process doesn’t drag on.

Can I register a business without an office or store?

Yes, if you travel to your customers in person: tradespeople, cleaning, repairs, delivery. Such businesses get a service area, and the address isn’t shown. Under Google’s guidelines, online-only businesses can’t have a profile on Maps.

Do you guarantee the top spot on Maps?

No, and an honest contractor won’t promise that. Google ranks local results by relevance, distance and prominence. You can’t change distance, but you can influence relevance and prominence: the right categories, complete details, photos and reviews. If you need visibility right now, we add Google Maps ads.

A former employee or another agency created our profile. What do we do?

We’ll help you request access or ownership through Google’s tools. If the current owner doesn’t respond, Google often lets you verify your rights yourself. Don’t create a new duplicate profile: it breaks the guidelines and can lead to a suspension.

Can we add keywords to the name to rank higher?

No. The profile name must match your real-world name on signage and documents. Adding a city, services or a slogan breaks Google’s guidelines and is a common reason for suspension. We use keywords in categories, services and the description, where that’s allowed.

What if our profile gets suspended?

We find the likely cause, correct the details to comply with the guidelines and file an appeal with evidence: photos of signage, documents, video. Google makes the decision, so no one can guarantee reinstatement, but a well-prepared appeal gives you the best chance.
